Indications
- Reversal of rocuronium/vecuronium NMB
Contraindications
- Severe renal impairment (CrCl <30 — caution)
Side Effects
- Bradycardia (rare but possible cardiac arrest reported)
- Hypersensitivity / anaphylaxis (~0.3%)
- Reduced efficacy of hormonal contraceptives (counsel × 7 days)
